In accepting documents for reserve use, the library staff assumes that these documents are in compliance with the Fair Use Provisions of Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Law.

Use this form for:

  • Books owned by the NSC Library
  • Books (including textbooks) owned by instructors
  • Physical documents and lecture notes
  • CDs or DVDs owned by the NSC Library

Instructors are responsible for:

  • Providing all physical copies as appropriate
  • Including complete citations

*Processing time is 2-3 business days.
